Our first 2016 Forum focused on “Does Culture Matter”, particularly to customers and employees. After a robust discussion, participants concluded that culture is more and more important, and a deeper dive was requested. Our next Forum topics will include:
How does Servant Leadership contribute to culture?
What is different in culture between large and small companies?
If employees are disengaged, is that because of management or culture?
Join us on Tuesday, May 17, when The Strategic Leadership Forum of the Carolinas will host a discussion about what makes the ideal culture in today’s workplace.
A small group of executive leaders will gather around a boardroom table to share issues and exchange ideas on this topic. The goal is to help each participant see issues and opportunities through a variety of lenses. This will help leaders:
1 View culture as a way to win with customers
2 Capitalize on culture to win the war for talent
Please register and save the date: Tuesday, May 17, 2016 7:30-9:00 am, Fifth/Third Bank (street address). (Once registered, you may check with security the morning of the Forum.)
